1.1 - Shipping methods

Shipments will be made exclusively on the Italian territory. Each shipment will be made through the carrier GLS or other couriers chosen by the company. The delivery will take effect at the time of collection of the Products by the carrier who will deliver the ordered Product to the shipping address specified by the Customer on the order form, with delivery to the Customer of the shipping note. Shipments will be made according to availability and according to the order receipt sequence. In general, orders cannot be canceled in case of insufficient stocks.

1.2 - Delivery times and costs

For each order confirmed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) on the Site, the preparation of the order will take place the day after receipt of payment. Subsequently, the delivery terms counted starting from the validation of the order will be as follows: - Shipping via GLS Express Courier or others within 24/48 hours from the validation of the payment at a variable cost based on the weight of the products purchased at a lower cost to 99 €; free above this amount. In the event of an exceptional shortage of stocks, the Customer will be notified by e-mail or telephone and the Company will offer the Customer one of the following alternatives: - postpone the full delivery of their order until the date of replenishment of the Product in question; - accept partial shipment with refund of the purchase price for undelivered Products; in this case, the Customer may proceed with a new order when the Product in question is available again; The Company will also inform the customer, within reasonable time, in the event of force majeure events likely to disturb the delivery process of the ordered Product. If within 7 days from the indicated delivery date the ordered Product has not been delivered, for any reason other than force majeure, the sale may be canceled at the request of the customer sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to be sent to the following address: Service Clients

The sales contract will be considered canceled upon receipt by the Company of the Customer's letter containing notification of this decision if the shipment has not been made between the sending and receiving of this letter. In this case, the total amount paid by the Customer will be refunded if the order is returned in full, in the form of a credit note or cash refund of the customer's choice, in the shortest possible time and no later than thirty days following the date in the which the customer has exercised his right to obtain the cancellation of the order. The Customer may not claim from the Company any compensation or penalty for delayed delivery in addition to the reimbursement of the value of the Products, regardless of the causes and direct or indirect consequences.
