1.1 – Shipping methods

Shipments will be made exclusively on the Italian territory. Each shipment will be made via the GLS carrier or other couriers chosen by the company. The delivery will take effect upon collection of the Products by the carrier who will deliver the ordered Product to the Shipping Address specified by the Customer on the order form, with delivery to the Customer of the shipping note. Shipments will be made according to availability and according to the order reception sequence. In general, orders cannot be canceled in the event of insufficient stock.

1.2 – Delivery times and costs

For each order confirmed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) on the Site, the preparation of the order will take place the day after receipt of payment. The sales contract will be considered canceled upon receipt by the Company of the Customer's letter containing the notification of this decision if the shipment has not been made between the sending and receipt of this letter. In this case, the total amount paid by the customer will be refunded if the order is returned in full, in the form of a credit note or cash refund at the customer's choice, in the shortest possible time and no later than thirty days following the date in the which the customer has exercised his right to obtain the cancellation of the order.
